Beverages group Coca-Cola yesterday announced plans to invest US$50 million in its five franchises in Kenya.
According to Adeola Adetunji, general manager of Coca-Cola East and Central Africa this investment is one of largest made by the company in Kenya thus far.
He added that the country has stabilised significantly since the election violence earlier in the year and that Coca-Cola is positive that it will see a good return on investment.
Coca-Cola is by far the dominant player in Kenya's soft drinks market.
